Our customer wanted to specially target her son’s room, the large front room leading into a dining room. Also, her large Stairs, landing and hall as they were the worst areas. On inspection, there were stains from coffee and grass stains through to food stains etc.

Our service is fast and efficient. Today, the lady client was able to stay in whilst we completed the works. However, on some of our larger Carpet Cleaning jobs, it is not necessary for a client to be at the premises themselves as the work is undertaken.
We clean carpets in public places too. For example, Cinema, Care Homes and Schools. Also, we like to take Before and After pictures so we can send them via email and let the Client know how the work is going.

At our Manchester home job; the food stains seemed to be the most difficult. In particular, there were carpet stains of a red and orange colour that had been there for some time. The Client went on to explain most food stains that had been dropped would have been very greasy as her Husband was a fan of takeaway!
Stubborn carpet stains need a bit more attention than the others. So, cleaning staff take little more time and go over those carpet stains more and maybe use something a little less diluted.
Upholstery cleaning service – steam clean fabric stain removal
Our Client was extremely happy and said it looked like a brand new carpet. She went on to tell us she was thinking about having her fabric sofa upholstery cleaned and maybe her Fabric Blind cleaning too. There where Fabric Blinds fitted throughout the whole house. Plus, two fabric Settees situated in the living room and adults bedroom. Fabric Blind and Settees are also something we can clean on site using our Upholstery Machines.
We took a picture of the soft furnishings and the lady got a quote the same day and booked in for the week after for upholstery cleaning throughout the house. This time on a Saturday; she felt that would be the best so she could take her son out for the day and come home to a fresh and clean house.
